    Ingredienti
     olio extra vergine d'oliva
    pangrattato
    2 patate
    q.b. di sale
    pepe
    parmigiano grattugiato
    prezzemolo
    1 cespo di lattuga insalata

    1 porro
    1 zucchina
    150 grammi di formaggio tipo silano

     

    Preparazione

    Far stufare il cespo di lattuga diviso in quarti e condito con poco olio e sale; coprire, far appassire, scolare e lasciar freddare. Mondare e tagliare a rondelle il porro, farlo appassire in due cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva, unire le zucchine tagliate a julienne e farle saltare. In fine aggiungere le patate, precedentemente lessate e tagliarle a piccoli pezzi, regolare di sale e di pepe. A cottura ultimata riempire i quarti di lattuga con le verdure e con pezzetti di formaggio, arrotolare e porre in una pirofila. Ricoprire con il pangrattato unito al parmigiano e al prezzemolo tritato, spargere un filo di olio e passare al grill per far gratinare.
